The M37753FFCFP and the M37753FFCHP are single-chip microcomputers designed with high-performance CMOS silicon gate technology, including the internal flash memory. These are housed in 80-pin plastic molded QFP. These microcomputers have a CPU and a bus interface unit. The CPU is a 16-bit parallel processor that can also be switched to perform 8-bit parallel processing, and the bus interface unit enhances the memory access efficiency to execute instructions fast.
